Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and [company name], NIF [number], [registered address] ("we"), when you use the Tour de Casa app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Tour de Casa.
What Tour de Casa is
Tour de Casa is a platform where owners, agents and agencies publish property ads with video tours, and where people search for homes and contact advertisers.
We only provide the platform. We are not a real-estate agent, we do not own, inspect or value the properties, and we are not a party to any sale or rental. We do not handle payments, deposits or contracts between users.
Tour de Casa is currently free to use. If we add paid features, we will show you the price and terms before you pay anything.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.
- The details you give us must be true and up to date. This includes your name, your phone number and your account type.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your email and your Apple or Google sign-in secure. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Do not create an account for someone else without their permission, or a new account after we have closed yours.
Listing rules
When you publish a listing, you confirm that:
- you own the property, or have the owner's permission to advertise it;
- the property exists and is available, and you will remove the listing when it no longer is;
- the price, description, photos and videos are accurate and show that property;
- the map location is true. You can choose to show an approximate area instead of the exact point;
- the ad shows the energy class for apartments, houses and commercial premises, using "Exempt" or "In progress" only where that is correct, and the certificate number for a real class.
You are responsible for making sure your ad meets the law. Listings stay active for 90 days unless they are renewed.
Agents and agencies
- Anyone advertising as a real-estate professional must hold a valid AMI licence issued by IMPIC and show it.
- We check professional and agency details before showing a verified badge. The badge is not a guarantee of the person's work, and we can remove it if the details stop being valid.
- Members of an agency can manage all of its listings. The agency owner is responsible for who is in the team and for the agency's listings. If a member leaves, the agency listings assigned to them pass to the agency owner.
- If you import listings through an XML feed, you are responsible for everything in that feed. Each sync can overwrite what the feed manages, and these rules apply to every imported listing.
What is not allowed
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:
- post fake, misleading or duplicate listings, or try to defraud anyone;
- harass, threaten or insult people, or discriminate against them, for example because of their origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability;
- post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam, or use contact details from the service for anything other than the property in question;
- impersonate a person, company or agency;
- copy listings or data in bulk, scrape the service, or use bots, except through the import tools we provide;
- attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.
Reports, blocking and moderation
You can report a listing or a user in the app, and block a user in a chat. Anyone can also tell us about illegal content by writing to info@devsolutely.com. Please say where the content is and why you think it is illegal.
We review reports and may remove content, hide listings, remove badges, or restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the law. We will tell you why, unless the law or a safety risk prevents it. If you disagree with a decision, write to info@devsolutely.com and someone will look at it again.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, text and other content. You allow us to host, store, show, resize, subtitle and translate that content, without payment, wherever the service is available, in order to run and promote Tour de Casa. This permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account, apart from copies that stay in delivery caches for a short time and anything we must keep by law.
You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, including the permission of anyone who can be seen or heard in it.
AI suggestions, such as listing titles, subtitles and their translations, can be wrong. Check them before you publish.
Our service
The app, website, brand and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use Tour de Casa as intended.
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If a change matters, we will tell you first when we reasonably can.
Responsibility
Listings and messages come from users, and we do not check that everything in them is true. Before you pay or sign anything, visit the property, confirm who you are dealing with and, where relevant, get professional advice.
We are not responsible for what users agree between themselves, or for what they do or fail to do. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app, in Profile, under Delete account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. If we shut down the service, we will give you reasonable notice.
App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance and support, and for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide support, and no other warranty obligation to the extent the law allows.
You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited parties. You must also follow the App Store's usage rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
If something goes wrong, write to info@devsolutely.com first. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações at livroreclamacoes.pt. Consumers can take a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body; the list is at consumidor.gov.pt.
